am I missing something?

I went shopping today at Valley Fair and I swear I saw more women wearing hijab than I knew lived in the South Bay.  Is today some sort of Muslim holiday that I’m totally unaware of?  Or did all the veiled women in Santa Clara county decide to go shopping today?
